The Root Workbook
A Companion to The Root Book
Understanding is the first step. The Root Workbook is the second one. Where The Root Book teaches, this companion asks you to practice — and it does not let you stay in your head. Four modules, four weeks, built around somatic exercises, reflection prompts, breathing practices, nervous system check-ins, and integration rituals that companion the first twelve chapters of The Root Book.
This is not a journal with pretty questions. It is a structured, sequential healing guide that takes you through the same arc as the root healing course on the platform — landing in the body, exploring origin memory, reclaiming boundaries, and re-rooting the self.
You can use it alongside The Root Book, as part of the 13-week Pillar One curriculum, or return to it again after you've completed the first round. It is designed to be used more than once.
What's Inside
Module One: The Descent
Landing in your body — somatic orientation, safety cues, Earth Breath Reset
Module Two: Root Memory
Origin soil mapping, inherited pattern work, Inner Root Reclamation
Module Three: Making Home
Emotional edge awareness, boundary basics, Ground-Shield Activation
Module Four: Re-Rooting
The letting go list, new foundation map, closing integration ritual
Who It's For
The Root Workbook is for people who learn by doing. If you've read healing books and never quite made the leap from understanding to practice, this is built for that gap. It is also a valuable tool for therapists and coaches who want structured somatic practices to recommend or use alongside their own work.
- ●You've read Body & Bloodlines and are ready to do the work, not just understand it
- ●You process best through writing, movement, and structured reflection
- ●You want a clear 4-week practice guide, not open-ended journaling
- ●You're a therapist or coach seeking client-facing somatic tools
- ●You want to pair a companion guide with The Root Book's teachings
“A grounding companion for readers who want language for what their body has carried.”
