The Flame Room is a 30-minute guided fire ceremony and shadow work experience. You'll move through a structured release ritual — naming what you're ready to put down, writing it, and symbolically burning it. Paired with shadow prompts designed to surface what you've been keeping in the dark.
Fire is not destruction. It is transformation. This room is for the ones ready to stop carrying what was never theirs.
